The Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Ali Ndume says the Nigerian government is peopled by persons of questionable characters and antecedents. Speaking during an interview with Arise Television on Thursday on Friday, Ndume stated that Nigeria is now being run by “kleptocrats”.
