A philanthropist of international repute Sir Bruno  Oparaocha has appealed to Imolites to avail themselves of the opportunity of the ongoing Voters Registration and obtain their P.V.C. Sir Oparaocha stated this recently during an interaction with Newsmen in Owerri.
