Kukah urges FG to abolish law prohibiting religious organizations from possessing broadcast licenses

The Catholic Archbishop of Sokoto Diocese, His Lordship, Most Rev. (Dr.) Bishop Kukah has called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to abolish the law prohibiting religious organisations from possessing broadcast licenses. Heavy Protest Breaks Out In Port Harcourt Over Rivers LG Poll

Hundreds of protesters who comprise of members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have  taken over the streets of Port Harcourt. The protesters stormed the streets of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to warn against the move to conduct the October 5 local government election.
