Insecurity: Abducted clergyman regains freedom

One of the clergymen of the African Church, Rivers Province, Venerable Isobo Dokubo who was abducted last week along Kalabari-Emohua Road in company of his fellow clergyman, J.B Lawson, has now regained his freedom and hospitalized. The Federal Government of Nigeria has  declared some alleged  arrow heads of the outlawed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra,IPOB wanted for reported seperatist act and  terrorism.
