Signature Hotel and Total Grace Group Limited, Henry Akinduro, has challenged the decision of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), to declare him wanted over alleged fraud. Akinduro claimed the anti-graft agency violated his fundamental human rights.
