This is to inform the general public, especially allottees of stores at the two lockup shop buildings at Nkwoji Market in Owerre Nkwoji Community, Nkwerre LGA that the Government of Imo State has approved the structural redesign of Nkwoji Market and the said two buildings affected by the 1st phase of the proposed project would be demolished in the reconstruction process.
Consequently, all allottees/ traders doing business in the affected buildings are by this notice mandated to vacate all valuable items in their shops within two weeks from the date of this public notice.
The good news is that the genuine allottees affected by this development would regain their shop allocation on completion of the project.
Furthermore, all genuine allottees of shops in the said buildings are invited to a meeting at St Matthew’s Anglican Church Hall on Saturday, March 15, 2025, by 11am for further briefing.
