Ifeanyi Ejiofor, counsel for the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has expressed dismay at the recent proposal of a prominent Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, who asked the federal government to arm Igbo youths to counter Biafra nation agitators.
