The AllStars Football Association, Obibiezena, Owerri North LGA,Imo state has thanked Ambassador Emeka Nwaogu, President of the Longchris Foundation and the Board of Trustees for donating N20 million to empower its members.
In a statement signed by its president, Hon. Fabian Ayuba, the association described the donation as timely and highly commendable.
The association praised Amb. Nwaogu and the Board of Trustees for their commitment to helping people and improving lives.
They said the gesture was deeply appreciated and would be remembered for a long time.
Speaking about the foundation’s goals, Amb. Nwaogu said their mission is to fight childhood poverty, support widows, and empower entrepreneurs.
He added that the Foundation aims to extend its charity work beyond Nigeria to other parts of the world.
“We’ve been helping people since 2020, and our goal is to reach even more communities. We’re passionate about reducing poverty, improving healthcare, and addressing issues like domestic violence, child abuse, gender inequality, and human rights violations,” he said.
The Longchris Foundation, founded by the Nwaogu family in 2020, is led by its President, Ambassador Nwaogu, and supported by a committed Board of Trustees. Together, they work to create positive change and support those in need.
