Chief Sir. Nick Okorie is a Nigerian highly sought after, internationally recognized businessman, Real Estate developer, community leader, and the Traditional Prime Minister and Regent King of Umuduru Autonomous Community in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State .He is so passionate about the growth and development of the Nigerian youths at all levels.
This humanitarian has through his actions and inactions shown his readiness, willingness and determination to changing the mindset of the Youths for optimal gain of the society.
The Traditional Prime Minister and Regent King of Umuduru Autonomous Community in Isiala Mbano is a well known businessman based in Rivers State of Nigeria who has trained and established a lot of young men.
The man many have described as a perfect role model to Umuduru Youths has demonstrated his passion and undying love for the teeming Nigerian youths who are roaming about the street to forget the get rich quick syndrome which many has seen to be the surest root to success.
Chief Sir. Nick Okorie has told Youths of his Community not to be under pressure of any kind to making money in life.
The Traditional Prime Minister and Regent King of Umuduru Autonomous Community maintained that real wealth comes from hard work, persistence, dedication sincerity of purpose, determination and focus which are some of the ingredients that propel one to greatness.
He is of the belief that youths at all levels should shun acts inimical to their progress and development in life and engage themselves in acts and activities capable of making them successful in life.
The man of the moment maintained that the youths should shun short cut to success and believe in their ability to change their destiny in life.
According to him, “No one is born poor but your ability to change your mindset and develop the right attitude which in turn leads to success and wealth”.
He said that God created every human being in his own image and likeness. In order words, the youths are special and wonderfully created to add value to the society, communities and families respectively.
“The Youths should be made to understand that God deposited something special and wonderful which only the wise can see and feel.”
Chief Nick Okorie is of the view that youths at all levels should imbibe the spirit of hardwork and pray to God for success.
The humanitarian has cautioned and kicked against the upsurge and high rate of crime in the society, attributing it to the youths of the country who think that the only road to success comes through crime and other social vices.
“It is important to note that short cut to success will equally lead to destruction if one do not take precautions and avoid those companies capable of leading you to destruction and early death or grave.”
The man many have seen and perceived to be the new face of empowerment in Umuduru Autonomous Community highlighted that being under pressure to make money can lead the youths into doing evil things just to make money and be regarded as a big boy in the eyes of the society.
“Chief Nick Okorie is a living witness of what God can do in a man’s life and this is the more reason he has taken it upon himself to educate the youths on the dangers of engaging themselves in crime”.
He has taken the bull by the horns to contribute his quota to making Umuduru youths great again. “Who said you can’t be great without being into crime or other social vices?
“It is better you know that the challenges of “Mr. A have made it and Mr. B have made it also without even knowing the source or how they made it, is one of the things that pushes young men into money ritual Killings, kidnapping, Yahoo plus and unimaginable crimes just to make quick money and die young”.
“Youths must shun the imitation of their friends and colleagues and work hard and pray for God’s numerous blessings.”
Chief Nick Okorie’s rise to stardom should be a lesson to the younger generation of Nigerian youths. It is through the mercy of God and hard work that he found his feet in life, as he ventured into petty business, and today God has blessed him legitimately and he is a well known humanitarian, internationally recognized businessman and he has helped so many Nigerians to secure employment opportunities in different Federal Government establishments.
He admonished the youths to believe in God and work hard so that God can bless them legitimately.
The Traditional Prime of Umuduru Autonomous Community has called on government at all levels to create Job employment for the struggling Nigerian Youths because that is the only way to cut-down corruptions and crimes in Nigeria, remember ,he enthused “an Idle man is the devil’s workshop”.
When employment is successfully created by the government at all levels, our youths will be so busy to the extent that they will not have time for activities that are not adding value to them and will forget crimes like banditry, kidnapping, yahoo and other social vices that have taken better parts of our youths today.
Chief Nick Okorie has further demonstrated his passion, love, determination and willingness to reduce the high crime rate in the country by employing a good number of the Nigerian youths who are wandering about the streets without hope and future.
The likes of Chief Nick Okorie should be applauded and given opportunity to administer in the affairs of the Nigerian youths and I bet you, no one will talk or complain about insecurity and other social vices that are limiting the progress of the youths.
Chief Nick Okorie has no doubt shown that he knows how to reduce the crime rate and get youths back to reasoning and working again.
This singular demonstration of love and ability to change the mindset and reasoning has made me to develop a special love for Chief Nick Okorie and l have enormous respect for his person.
If a private individual like Chief Nick Okorie can have a good number of the youths under his monthly Pay-Roll today just to ensure that they stop crime and criminality. What about the government?
This man of so many part has challenged leaders to imbibe the spirit of restoring the lost values in the youths by not using the youths as thugs during the elections.
The humanitarian is of the view that our youths should be shown the road that leads to success and not to use them as willing tools to ferment trouble.
