ONYEWUCHI COMMISSIONS THREE CLASSROOM BLOCKS WITH TOILET, OFFICES AT CENTRAL SCHOOL NTU NGOR OKPALA ,IMO EAST SENATORIAL DISTRICT.

Distinguished Senator Ezenwa Onyewuchi has said that his emphasis on educational investments is because of the  transformative power of education. He said education could transform someone who is a nobody today into a great personality  tomorrow, changing families and even communities in the process, hence his continuous and deliberate investment in the sector.

The Owerri Zone Senator (Imo East)spoke in Ntu Autonomous Community, Ngor Okpala LGA, during the official commissioning and handover of brand new classroom blocks  with headmaster and secretary offices, as well as toilet facilities at Ntu Central School.

Stressing that  his education projects follow needs assessment, the lawmaker pointed out that the classrooms and supporting facilities, were a direct response to acute shortage of  classrooms and other facilities in the school.

He thanked the community and Ngor Okpala generally for voting massively for him,  in the 2023 election, pointing out that he is using projects and programs to reciprocate that support.  He also listed some of them to include, free eye screening, petty trader grant to traders in markets in the council, enrollment of indigenes in his free health insurance scheme, construction of boreholes, civic centres, donation of transformers, and training and empowerment of indigenes of the area, promising to sustain the good work.

Speaking on behalf of Ntu Autonomous Community, immediate past Imo State House of Assembly member for Ngor Okpala State Constituency, Hon Blyden Amajirionwu, said they would continue to remain grateful to the lawmaker, for not only solving a perennial problem the community faced, but also doing that in an emphatic way,

by finishing the project in less than  three months. He assured him that the community would reciprocate the gesture.

Hon Obinna Egu, Member representing Ngor Okpala in Imo State House of Assembly, said the project was one of the many brought to the LGA by Distinguished Senator Onyewuchi.

He  stressed  that he regularly brings projects and programs to the area. Chairman of the LGA, Hon Mrs Chika Ibekwe, described the project as clear  sign of people centred representation and love for those he represents.
