In order to bring students together under one umbrella and spear head their affairs on how to achieve common goals whereby future leaders would at different levels in Nigeria be groomed, Comrade Alfred Jacinta Chinedu has been elected Zonal F,Secretary General of the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS in their just concluded elections.
In her thank you remarks, to all Nigerian Students immediately after the elections,she said, ” on behalf of my campaign organization,
I sincerely appreciate the doggedness, patience and spirit of comradeship demonstrated before and after the convention that birthed to my emergence”.
Comrade Jacinta, reiterate her commitment to run an inclusive secretariat with her team and solicited the students support for the progress and unity that would benefit the general interest of Nigerian Students.
She further, expressed profound gratitude to the South East SUG President and other stakeholders for entrusting her with the mandate at also standing and believing in “TEAM D’LEGAL VOICE despite their shortcomings.
” To my co-contestants, you are also winners and I vow to work in synergy with you for the betterment of the NANS for the union belongs to all of us, and to make us proud future leaders at various walks of life”.
The newly elected Zone F Secretary General, reassured that the propose programmes and plans of the Union would be made available for all Nigerian Students for more inputs and contributions .
She ended by saying, ” I wish everyone safe journey to his or her various destinations”.
