CBCN: South East Bishops College /Ministers Forum  Elevates Orisakwe, Archbishop

It was a moment of joy and praise as prominent men of God from the South-East Bishops College And Ministers Forum, SBCMF under of the umbrella body of Charismatic Bishops Conference of Nigeria, CBCN, gathered at End Time Restoration Ministry of Christ International, Orsu-Obodo in  Oguta LGA of  Imo State to elevate the Founder of the church and one of the  members of CBCN, Bishop Linus Eberechukwu  Orisakwe   to the  position of  an Arch Bishop.

Officiating at the ceremony, the CBCN Vice national  President, South-East region, Archbishop Joshua Roberts Imoh, said that the enthronement of Bishop Orisakwe to the cadre of Archbishop became necessary following his remarkable contributions to the growth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Archbishop Imoh further said that the elevation is also a sign of good things that is going to happen in Imo State and Nigeria in general.

The man of God said that CBCN is coming to introduce new evangelism in the spreading of the gospel as mandated by Jesus Christ to the dying and suffering world by giving them message of hope.

” The CBCN is coming with message of liberation, reconciliation and repentance, bringing people back to God for the total emancipation of mankind.Something glorious is going to happen in the State.we are praying for  Imo people in particular and the nation in general.We enjoin the government to partner with us for the betterment of the State”,he said.

In his sermon  during the service, a renowned preacher of the gospel, Archbishop  Miracle Williams told the congregation that the best way to obtain favour from God is by giving him sacrifice that costs you something.

He said that people should learn how to offer valuable offerings to God for him to continue protecting and favouring them, maintaining that  Archbishop  Orisakwe was elevated because of the remarkable sacrifices he made in the service of God.

Speaking after the induction ceremony, the newly elevated Archbishop, Orisakwe expressed gratitude to CBCN and members of his church for making the event a successful one.

He said that the event marked one of the happiest days  in his life, seeing another feather added to his calling.

Archbishop Orisakwe further expressed that the elevation is a call for more service as he reaffirmed his commitments in continuing serving God and humanity.

The highlight of the event was the ecclesiastical decoration of the newly elevated Archbishop officiated by Archbishop Imoh and other men of God including the State over seer of CBCN, Bishop Chinedu Ohanu, Founder, Favoured Assembly Church Obinze Owerri west LGA,who doubles  as the secretary of CBCN, South-East, Bishop Uzoma Emmanuel and Emperor Dr. Solomon Winning.
