Engr Chukas Ezeji has been honoured with Pillar of Faith Award by St Pius X Catholic Church Ochicha Ngugo in Ikeduru LGA of Imo State
The Award was in recognition of Engr Ezeji’s service to God and humanity
The priest in charge of the church, Rev, Fr. Boniface Iwu thanked Engr Ezeji and other Awardees for their support to the church.
The secretary of Soulmate Friends International Club of Owerri, Dr Stanley Ihu on behalf of the club, congratulated Ezeji who is also the Chairman of the club, describing him as someone who has interest in, and supports the work of God. He also urged him to sustain the good work.
Another member of the club and a lecturer at the Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education Owerri, Mazi Cleophas Ogbonna said the awardee is a vibrant young man and an agent of development even outside his immediate community.
He recalled that Engr Ezeji was honoured with a chieftaincy title by a traditional ruler in Imo in recognition of his contribution to community development and selfless service to humanity.
Appreciating the award, an elated Engr Ezeji thanked St Pius X Catholic Church Ochicha Ngugo, for the honour done him, and pledged to sustain his support for the church.
He also thanked the members of Soulmate Friends International Club of Owerri for their outpouring support and solidarity during the event.
