Bode George, a former governor of Ondo State, has reacted to the planned protest against the current administration led by Bola Tinubu.
Several Nigerians have taken to the streets to express their grievances regarding the hike in the prices of commodities and the high cost of living, which was said to have arisen from the removal of fuelsubsidies by the current administration led by Bola Tinubu.
In response to this, Nigerian politicians urged citizens to exercise patience withthe current administration, as there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
However, plans are underway to embark on a nationwide protest against the Tinubu
administration.
During an interview with Arise News, the elder statesman stated that therewere two devils left behind when the British left Nigeria.
He emphasised that the two devils are tribalismand ethnic bigotry.
Furthermore, he encouraged Nigerians to embark on a peaceful protest and forsake any form of violence, questioning the reason whyNigerians keep encouraging the two devils left behind by the British.
