…Urge it’s youths to resist the ill conceived act

The All Progressive Congress APC, Imo State, has urged the youths to resist the temptation to join the I’ll conceived conceived protest .
The press conference held at the party secretariat on Monday by the party Chairman Hon. Sir Macdonald Ebere , where he made it clearly that Imo State APC is against the proposed Nationwide Protest .
According to the press release , Hon MacDonald Ebere disclosed that he was compelled to caution youths on the danger of the proposed nationwide protest which could be as a threat to the security, economic development, and democratic stability of the country.
He admonished Nigerian youths to resist mischievous and unfounded temptation and lure to join this ill conceived protest which is designed to discredit and undermine the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s government.
The Party Chairman, highlighted the fact that is not unknown to them that Nigerians are facing untold headship in the Country , hence APC government has put in required measures to cushion the enconomic menace presently .
He remained that sustainable enconomic development requires a long-term approach, to build strong institutions, investing in human capital and promoting economic diversification .
Meanwhile, Sir, Macdonald, stressed that the proposed protest might lead to chaos , destruction of property and loss of life as he urged the youths not to allow the nation to be plunged into chaos and instability.
He therefore, appealed to Nigerian youths to better engage with government authorities and other stakeholders to address their grievance because dialogue is the best way out to prioritize peace, security and economic growth.
The APC State Chairman, also advised youths to be cautious of those who seek to deceive them with false promises and misinformation.
