The suspended Abia State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Ngozi Okoronkwo, has submitted her resignation letter to the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR.
In accepting her resignation, Governor Otti expressed his gratitude to Dr. Okoronkwo for her dedicated service to the state and her notable achievements in improving the health sector over the past year. He also wished her success in her future endeavors.
Governor Otti reiterated his commitment to transforming Abia State and emphasized that the mandate given to him by the people includes assembling his team, which may involve hiring, suspending, or dismissing appointees, as well as reorganizing his cabinet when necessary to fulfill his promises to the citizens.
