Senator for Imo East and a member of the Labour Party (LP), Ezenwa Onyewuchi has switched his allegiance to the All Progressives Congress (APC). On Tuesday, Senate President Godswill Akpabio announced Onyewuchi’s defection during a session in the Senate chamber. Imo Governor Hope Uzodimma, who also chairs the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), was present when the letter was read.
