He also noted that the SOLAD has  been under the tutelage of his political father, the state chairman of the All Progressive Party, APC, Hon. MacDonald Ebere .

The NURTW Chairman  further commended the Governor for being a visionary leader who believes in youth development and inclusiveness in his government for a well balanced future of the state

“I have been speaking good of you to the governor, I am a progressive who supports and promotes good things. And the Union is doing well for this government. Your boss is a good man, governor’s promoter, who always mobilizes his men to support our governor. For this reasons I will continue to promote your good cause and advise you where and when necessary to do better” Emeribe said

He advised the men of the wheel in the Municipality to do more in supporting the government in road rehabilitation, suggesting they can look into the potholes at Douglas Market  Road to repair or patch them, as he sometime has done, without necessarily waiting for government .

This he said could help reduce the congestions being experienced at the said axis. He also warned drivers who have formed the habit of loading and off loading passengers and goods on this road to stop  forthwith.
