The Sole Administrator, Njaba Local Government Area, Imo State, Hon Obikaeze Alexander Anaemem has expressed his resolve to run an all inclusive administration.
Hon Anaemem stated this in an interview with newsmen shortly after the Njaba Unity Thanksgiving organized in his honour held last Saturday at the Local Government Headquarters, Nnenasaa.
He revealed that many people from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and Labour Party, LP in the LGA have been decamping to All Progressives Congress, APC because of his emergence.
He added that they have been thanking the governor, Sen Hope Uzodinma for appointing him.
The SOLAD stated the decamped members described him as a man who wants to work with all the people, stressing that he is moving with the blessings and prayers of his people.
He revealed that when he came on board, he saw bushy environment, even the chapel where God is worshipped and he cleared the place, adding that where there is unity and love, progress follows and vowed to do everything he can do to unite the people of Njaba.
Speaking, the immediate past member that represented Njaba state constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Mrs Uju Onwudiwe advised the SOLAD to be faithful, accommodating and create room for everyone and embrace inclusive administration.
Mrs . Onwudiwe revealed that the intention of the governor, Sen Uzodinma is to bring peace to the state, pointing out that he has done it in the state and has also done it in Njaba.
She noted that the SOLAD has enabled non APC members to come back, stressing that he should embrace diligence, obedience and sincerity in politics which will enable him achieve huge success.
The former lawmaker identified the SOLAD’s appointment as what Njaba people have been clamouring for, adding that everyone loves him because of his style of life.
She enjoined the SOLAD to follow the footsteps of the governor, Sen Uzodinma to make Njaba better, investigate things well, bring patties together and not listen to gossips, open his heart for everyone and use his youthful energy to serve the people.
The immediate past Sole Administrator of Njaba LGA, Hon Vitalis Obi (Omere Njaba juo oyi) described the event as a thing of joy and appealed to Njaba people to support him.
The immediate past Chairman, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Njaba LGA, Evang Daniel Uchechukwu Okoro expressed his belief that the SOLAD will do well.
A former Commissioner in the state, Dr Bartholomew Okorochukwu expressed delight that Hon Anaemem has started uniting the Local Government.
A former Executive Chairman of Njaba LGA, Hon Eddy Ikwubuo (Agunaechemba) noted that there is a lot of division in Njaba and the SOLAD will write his name in gold if he will entrench unity.
The CEO, Gozoe Abana Foundation, Hon Chigozie Ibenjo thanked God for elevating Hon Anaemem to the position of a SOLAD and also appreciated the governor, Sen. Uzodinma for finding him worthy to be appointed to serve in his administration and prayed God to continue to sustain the governor.
Hon Ibenjo expressed his belief that the SOLAD will do well as well as leave lasting legacies that will be worthy of emulation.
He further urged him to ensure that unity of the LGA is sustained because according to him, without unity, there will be no progress and enjoined him never to give up, expressing delight that he has already started uniting Njaba.
In his remarks, the Chairman, Njaba LGA Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Anthony Onyeka promised that traditional rulers in Njaba will give the SOLAD their maximum support.
