Two High courts that sat in Imo and Abia states, have awarded Crown Prince Ekenna Ezeilo Chiwuike, the administrator and executor of the Estate of late His Royal Highness, Eze R.O Ekenna.
To that effect, letters of administration are said to have been granted to the beneficiary, Prince Ekenna, and gazetted by the High Court in Imo State dated August 1, 2008.
Also, certificate of additional assets is said to have been granted by the same High Court of Imo State, Probate Division, dated January 26, 2012.
Furtherance to the authenticity and legality of the claim, the High Court sitting in Abia State, Probate Division, has re-sealed the claims of the beneficiary, Prince Ekenna dated July 13, 2009, as the executor and administrator of late Eze Ekenna.
With the above
decisions of the high courts in Imo and Abia states, Prince Ekenna issaid to have been duly recognized and certified as the executor and administrator of the estate
