In recognition of her doggedness towards human and community development and a means of encouraging her to do more for her generation, the Global Theological Seminary Inc. (GLOTES) NIG and USA., has awarded Mrs. Queen Anumudu, CEO/Proprietress of British Kiddies Montessori School and British Learner’s College with an Honorary Doctorate Degree Award.
GLOTES,an affiliate of Minnesota Graduate School USA, the Baldachin of Theology Ministerial and Management Education, decorated the enterprising Proprietress with the award during the institution’s 2024 Owerri Zonal Conference cum Award Ceremony, held on Saturday, May 11, at the Assembly Hall of the Government Secondary School, Owerri,Imo state.
Conferring the outstanding honorary award of ‘Doctor of Community Development’ to Mrs Anumudu, the founder and presiding Chancellor of the institution, Rev. Prof. Emma .C. Israel, described the Proprietress as a noble and sublime woman who has demostrated in no little way her capacity and aptitude in society building through meaningful contributions.
He affirmed that Mrs Anumudu undoubtedly merited the award bestowed on her and forthwith directed that henceforth the title ‘Dr.’ be appended to her name and that she should be addressed as ‘Dr. Mrs Queen Anumudu’ by virtue of the Honoris Causa.
Receiving the honour with maximal excitement, the vivacious Proprietress who graced the occasion in company of her schools management board, Alumni of the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), Alumni of Madonna Senior Secondary School for Science Etiti, Good friends International Club Owerri, family and numerous well-wishers.
She returned all glory to God Almighty for a successful event, appreciating the host for such a heart warming recognition and honour.
Anumudu promised that the honour would goad her to render more effective and selfless service to humanity, spur her more to motivate especially teens to becoming great people in the society and worthy ambassadors of the school wherever they find themselves.
The cheerful Proprietress attributed her astuteness and successes in life to God’s Grace, adding that for any man to make remarkable, life- touching progress in life he or she must anchor on God who is the originator of good success.
