As women of St. Philip’s Anglican Church of Ikembara Inyishi Archdeaconry in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State, celebrate their 2023 7th Diocesan Mothers Union conference,
the Chairman of Geo Cassidy Fashions, Owerri, Deacon Geo Cassidy has congratulated them.
Geo Cassidy noted that the women conference which has the theme ‘Anger:A Self Imposed Exile’ has proven that the Women have capacity to change the narrative around community development, especially on those values that keep the home front intact
He lauded the Bishop of Diocese of Ikeduru, His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Emma Maduwuike, and Mrs Sam Ahumibe, for providing such conducive environment for the women to showcase their skills and talents and interact on issues of development
He urged the women to continue to proffer emulative virtues for the families and girl child who is looking upon them for direction.
The event which started from November 2 to 5, will feature talks, cutting of conference cake and other exhibitions.
