The Board of Trustees, BOTs of Orluzurumee Youth Assembly at its last meeting held on October, 30, 2022 in line with Article 52 of the organization’s constitution, approved the appointment of Comrade Thaddeus Emejuru, a former Student Union Government,SUG President of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, AIFCE, Owerri as President and Comrade Obieze Ifeanyi Stanley, a committed unionist as Secretary.
According to a release to that effect signed by Comrade Galore Ozokwere, Secretary of the BOTs, the 52-man committee is expected to strengthen the membership base of the committee at the various Local Government Areas and ensure that the aims and objectives of the Youth body are achieved.
The release which was made available the Press further stated that, ‘’the Board of Trustees appreciates the contributions of the out-going President, Dr Tobenna Ogbonna and members of his executive and wish them the best in their future endeavours’’.
