A former GOVERNOR of IMO STATE, OWELLE ROCHAS ANAYO OKOROCHA, has admonished Christian faithfuls to be prepared at all times for the eventual divine call.
OWELLE ROCHAS ANAYO OKOROCHA, who was ably represented by his former Principal Secretary and now Member Representing IDEA TO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY at the National Assembly, DR PASCHAL CHIGOZIE OBI (UGWUMSINACHI), made the admonition on Saturday, at the burial Ceremony of Late NZE. P C ONUOHA (IKEMBA).
Held at his Country home UMUCHIEZE IHITTEAFORUKWU AHIAZU MBAISE LGA IMO STATE.
Owelle Okorocha whom.at the Occasion, described the Late NZE P. C. ONUOHA, as a dependable Ally, whose time as his POLITICAL ADVISER in 2011, shortly after becoming IMO STATE GOVERNOR, was very remarkable.
As, according to the former GOVERNOR,it was Late NZE P. C. ONUOHA’s Sound, Sincere and developmental oriented Advise and other Suggestions,that Contributed in no small measure, to the huge Success of his Rescue IMO Administration.
OWELLE ROCHAS ANAYO OKOROCHA who is the Senator Representing IMO WEST (ORLU ZONE), at the RED CHAMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, used the opportunity to Commiserate with the ONUOHA family in Particular and the MBAISE NATION in general on the loss, which he said, Saddened him
And implored those he left behind, not to mourn like those without hope,but to find Solace in the good life the now departed NZE P. C. ONUOHA lived while alive.
And that the Word of GOD, Must Surely Come to Pass in Our lives!
He then Prayed for the Peaceful repose of the Soul of Late NZE P C ONUOHA (IKEMBA).
The Late NZE P C ONUOHA who died in DECEMBER 2021, at the age of 79years, was a former 1979 – 83 IMO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY Member, whence he Represented the now defunct EKWEREAZU – EAST STATE CONSTITUENCY.
And was in 1983, elected SENATOR for IMO EAST (OWERRI ZONE), but the Representation was cut short by the Military Coup of 31st DECEMBER, 1983.
He is Survived by his family and a host of other relations, including his Wife Lolo RITA ONUOHA and brother, Chief JOHN ONUOHA (JOVAK), who were on hand to receive the entourage.
