Imo State Commissioner for Finance, Prof. Joe U. Uwaleke has eulogized Governor Emeka Ihedioha over the introduction of the Treasury Single Account TSA saying, the policy has helped the state to raise its Internally Generated Revenue IGR from a paltry monthly income of N250million to N877million as at close of business in October.

The Finance commissioner while interacting with journalists Tuesday said the IGR base of the state needs to grow higher that expectations in order to balance the challenges of infrastructure, health care, education, sports and human capital development that has plaqued the state.
