The member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency in the green-chamber-National Assembly(Federal House ofRepresentatives), Rt. Hon. Henry Nwawuba, has assured people of the federal constituency of his desire in bringing more dividends of democracy to the people by attracting infrastructural development in the federal constituency, using the Federal Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs.
The Mbaike federal lawmaker,Rt.Hon.Nwawuba, while making the disclosure at Nwaorieubi, headquarters of Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo state, on Thursday, August,22,2019,during the occasion of ‘Book-Presentation’ to primary schools in the LGA,facilitated by former council chairman in the area, chief Rufus Osueke,announced that,by virtue of his appointment as the vice chairman, committee on Niger Delta Affairs at the federal House of Representatives, Mbaitoli LGA will definitely feel the real impact of infrastructural development.
According to him, some constituents of Mbaike do not know that, Imo is a member-state of the NDDC in Nigeria, even as he pledged to use the office in attracting Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs- educational projects, and facilities in the state, especially, in Mbaitoli/Ikeduru federal constituency,reputed as the”most-populous federal constituency in Imo state.
Nwawuba, who is currently representing the people of Mbaitoli and Ikeduru LGAs of Imo state in the federal House of Representatives for the second term in office, however, confided in the people of Mbaitoli LGA that,his appointment as Vice-chairman of House-Committee on Niger Delta Affairs will,no doubt, usher in more of desirable dividends of democracy for the benefit of the entire constituents, incomparable to his achievements in the past four(4) years at the federal House of Representatives.
