The ambition of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship candidate in Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma to govern the state in 2019 received a major boost on New Year day as one of the senator’s support groups, under the auspices of Door-2-Door with Hope, inaugurated its Njaba local government area chapter with pomp and celebrations.
Door-2-Door with Hope is a grassroots-based group, whose sole mandate is to ensure successful election Senator Hope Uzodinma as the next governor of Imo State through galvanising voters by visiting them in their various houses in the villages to vote for the APC governorship candidate in the March 2, 2019 election.

Chief Nwadike noted that with what is going on now in Imo State, God has already started manifesting himself in the state, saying the door-to-door campaign group was established to let the people of the state and Njaba in particular know reasons why they should vote the APC governorship candidate.
He pointed out that, Door-2-Door with Hope is a political movement that cuts across both all political parties and religious lines with a firm belief to enthrone good leadership as according to him, Senator Uzodinma is a trustworthy, non materialistic but a dogged politician, who through his emergence as the APC governorship flag bearer liberated the state from the shackles of Governor Rochas Okorocha’s impositions and familiocracy.
Chief Nwadike extolled the people of Njaba for coming out in their numbers to be part of the senator’s emergence and promised that the next government under Senator Uzodinma will be people oriented one.
He encouraged the newly inaugurated ward and local government coordinators not to relent in their effort to get more people to be part of the group “because with Senator Uzodinma as the next governor in the state in 2019, people in the grassroots would be the greatest beneficiaries of the government.
“We are very serious with this movement that’s why we want to behave like gospel preachers who move house-to-house to convert people to follow Jesus Christ. IN the same way, I want urge you to go into the churches, markets, neighbours to let them know the need for Hope Uzodinma to become the next governor of Imo State. He is a man with capacity. You already know what he can do”, he said.
In his word, the former commissioner for agriculture and natural resources in IMo State, Chief Barr. Uche Nwaugo, who led the newly inaugurated ward coordinators into oat of allegiance, hailed the members from Njaba for the enthusiasm they have shown to work towards the emergence of Senator Uzodinma as the next governor of Imo State.
While advising them not to use the megaphones given to them for any other business than preaching the gospel of Hope Uzodinma to the grassroots, Chief Nwaugo therefore charged them to continue to work and convert more people with voter cards to believ in the project, as according to him, Uzodinma’s government would bring back rural empowerment.
In their separate remarks, Hope Ekezie from Okwudor; Mazi Ekene Chinaka from Amucha and Madam Agatha Ejikeme from Atta ward 2 thanked Chief Nwadike and other leaders of the group for their pro-activeness and determination to galvanize support for the candidacy of Senator Hope Uzodinma, who they described as the people’s choice and a man with greater capacity to free Imo State from its bondage while assuring their total commitment to mobilize massively for the victory of the APC candidate.
