Chief Promoter of AfaIgboEfuna, and Aspirant of the 2019 Anambra South Senatorial District Election on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Saturday, reiterated his will to protect and defend the Igbo Cause if elected to the Senate. The Billionaire Business Man made this known during another round of one on one chat with the stakeholders of Nnewi South Local Government Area in Osumenyi organised by him in line with his grassroot principle. According to Dr. Ubah, it is a verifiable fact that as a private citizen, he has empowered many sons and daughters of Ndị Igbo in various sectors of the economy and that he will do more for ndị Anambra South and ndị Igbo in general if given the Party’s ticket and elected.
Speaking on his commitments towards development of APGA, Dr. Ubah said that aside the state government, no other individual or group has financed the party since its inception more than him. He further pleaded with the stakeholders to support him to win the Party’s Primary because the love he has for APGA can only be compared with the love a fish has for water. Speaking further, he promised never to fail the party and ndị Anambra South in general.
The event which was well attended had stakeholders of the party in Nnewi South, the party’s officials in Nnewi North and Nnewi South including the Transition Committee Chairman of Ekwusigo Local Government Area, APGA aspirants for Nnewi North, South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, and numerous supporters.
The Party’s 2019 Senatorial Election Primary is scheduled to hold on Saturday September 29, 2018.
